Overview
DigiFix IT collaborated with UKHSA and Accenture to design and implement a structured user onboarding and access management framework for the DaSH (Data Analytics & Surveillance Hub) platform. The goal was to streamline user request handling, access provisioning, and system integration while ensuring security, compliance, and an efficient digital experience.
Project Scope
The DaSH onboarding and access request model was developed to optimise user provisioning, service desk management, and process automation, with key areas including:
Service Design Pack – Establishing a structured framework for new user onboarding, account management, and access provisioning.
Process Mapping – Defining end-to-end workflows for user account creation, access approvals, and IT system interactions.
Participation Diagram – Mapping key stakeholders, including UKHSA Service Desk, Accenture, ATOS, and third-party suppliers, to clarify responsibilities.
Stakeholder Management – Ensuring clear collaboration between service desks, digital operations, and IT support teams.
UX Design & User Journey Enhancements – Improving the onboarding experience for new users and IT teams managing access requests.
