Overview
DigiFix IT played a key role in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Organisational Design Project, focusing on optimising service management processes under the Converge & Accelerate Service Workstream. The project aimed to modernise identity and access management, streamline service transition processes, and enhance the onboarding experience for employees within the MoJ.
Project Scope
The Organisational Design Discovery Phase was undertaken to assess and improve MoJ’s IT service structure, business processes, and stakeholder engagement. Key objectives included:
Developing a Participation Model to define key stakeholder roles within MoJ’s service strategy.
Enhancing identity and access management (IDAM) to improve security and efficiency.
Refining onboarding workflows for new employees, including automation of user provisioning and system access.
Integrating enterprise IT solutions, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Managed Desktop, and ServiceNow.
DigiFix IT's Role
As an IT solutions provider, DigiFix IT was instrumental in driving the transformation of MoJ’s IT service management framework. Key contributions included:
System Architecture & Integration – Implementing automated workflows for user provisioning, security policies, and device management.
Process Optimisation – Streamlining the JMLR onboarding process to enhance operational efficiency.
Security & Compliance – Strengthening identity and access controls across Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, and endpoint security tools.
Service Transition & Change Management – Facilitating seamless adoption of new processes while ensuring minimal disruption.
